Greg Mosely has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Greg started their career as a Busser at The Rookwood Bar & Restaurant in 2008. After that, they worked as a Facility Management & Operations Game-Day Staff at Ohio University Convocation Center in 2010. In the same year, they also served as a Ballpark Operations Intern for The Cincinnati Reds & Great American Ball Park. In 2011, they worked as a Media & Promotions Assistant at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course & The Mid-Ohio School. Greg then moved on to Miami HEAT & American Airlines Arena, where they worked as a Box Office Representative from 2011 to 2013.

In 2012, Greg worked as a Graduate Assistant & Assistant Editor at St. Thomas University, specifically in their Office of University Advancement. In 2013, they briefly served as a Junior Host for the Orange Bowl Committee during the 2013 Discover Orange Bowl & 2013 Discover BCS National Championship events. Later in the same year, they joined Andretti Autosport as a Client Services Account Coordinator. Greg worked their way up in the company, taking on roles such as Client Services Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager, Director of Strategic Partnerships, and currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.

Throughout their roles at Andretti Autosport, Greg handled various responsibilities, including managing sponsorship accounts, coordinating team assets, organizing sponsor functions, overseeing creative advertising approvals, and handling event logistics. Their main focus was cultivating relationships with partners on behalf of the team.

Greg Mosely earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Sciences from Ohio University from 2007 to 2011. Greg majored in Sport Management in the College of Business and minored in Business Administration. Greg then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Sports Administration at St. Thomas University from 2011 to 2013.
