Joe Jenkins

Joe Jenkins has over 20 years of work experience in information technology and management roles. Joe began their career at Adventure Landing in 1996 and worked their way up to General Manager/Information Technologies. At ARAMARK, they worked as an IT Analyst and Component Web App Developer, supporting over 160 public schools. Joe then joined Compass Group as an IT Manager, responsible for Point of Sale technology and web application development. Joe also served as the Director of IT Operations at Daytona Lagoon, where they managed multiple locations' IT needs. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Information Technology at Andretti Indoor Karting and Games.
