Michelle Labatte

Michelle Labatte has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Michelle began their career at Kraft Foods Group in 1998, where they worked as a Capital Project Engineer, Business Unit Leader, and Maintenance and Engineering Manager. Michelle then joined Canada Bread Company, Ltd. in 2005 and held positions such as Production Manager and Operations Manager. Since 2015, they have been with Andrew Peller Limited, first as the Ontario Plant Operations Manager and currently as the Director of Operations - Eastern Canada.

Michelle Labatte attended the University of Guelph from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Engineering at Virginia Tech from 1994 to 1996. Michelle Labatte also holds a Professional Engineer (P.
