Tim Wilson

Tim Wilson is an experienced professional in the wine and spirits industry, currently serving as Master Blender and Distiller at Andrew Peller Limited since April 2017, with prior roles including Distiller and Assistant Distiller. Wilson has a comprehensive background in winemaking, having worked as an Assistant Winemaker at Angels Gate Winery from April 2008 to March 2017, and held several cellar hand positions at various wineries, including Yarra Burn Winery and Hidden Bench Vineyards & Winery. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and dual Bachelor of Applied Science degrees in Wine Science from Charles Sturt University and Deakin University.
