Currently serving as an Account Coordinator at The Roby Family of Companies since April 2021, Kathleen previously contributed to Amazon as a Problem Solve Associate, where responsibilities included resolving issues with damaged and misrouted packages. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Travelport, where support was provided to large Travel Management Companies in growing their hospitality businesses, and Account Executive at Travelport for over two decades, servicing mid-large size Travel Management Companies and AAA/CAA. Additionally, Kathleen owned and operated Out With Your Dog, offering in-home pet sitting services, and served as a Curriculum Specialist at ATS, focusing on training and development.
