Joseph Keim, PMP LSS-BB

Joseph Keim, PMP LSS-BB has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph currently serves as a Sr. Project Manager & PMO Trainer at Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc. Since 2011, they have also been running their own consulting company, Keim Consulting, LLC, where they provide consulting, training, and production services. Joseph has also worked as an adjunct instructor at Colorado State University since 2013.

In their previous roles, Joseph worked as a Senior Program Manager at Brandes Associates, Inc. from 2016 to 2018, where they were responsible for managing multiple programs and stakeholders. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at Computronix from 2014 to 2016, where they led project teams and implemented cost-effective processes.

Joseph also has extensive experience at Brandes Associates, Inc. where they held several positions including Corporate Operations Programs Manager and Information Technology Solutions Group Site Manager. In these roles, they oversaw daily operations, managed revenue programs, and provided leadership to software development and tactical services groups.

Before joining Brandes Associates, Inc., Joseph worked at CTA, Inc. as an Engineer and provided program management and engineering support for F/A-18 Weapons Systems and Aquisition Engineering Integrated Product teams. Joseph also worked as a Senior Technical Specialist at a Rail Company and provided program management and engineering support for F/A-18 and AV-8B projects.

At the start of their career, Joseph served in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician's Mate, gaining valuable technical and hands-on experience.

Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated strong project management skills, the ability to lead diverse teams, and a focus on efficient and effective processes. Joseph is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS-BB).

Joseph Keim, PMP LSS-BB, has a diverse education history. Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne, where they studied business from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Cerro Coso Community College from 2000 to 2001 and earned an Associate of Arts degree in History & Political Science.

In terms of certifications, Joseph Keim received their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Acuity Institute in 2019. Joseph also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the same institution in 2014. Additionally, they completed a Project Management course from Colorado State University in 2013. Joseph holds the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2013.

Furthermore, Joseph Keim has attended various training programs and workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge in specific areas. Joseph completed a program on Leading Virtual Teams from the American Management Association in 2005. In 2004, they participated in a software management program offered by the same institution. Joseph also received training on the Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) from Carnegie-Mellon University in the same year.
