Ben Kermoyan, P.E.

Ben Kermoyan, P.E. has over 10 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Mechanical Engineer at Andrews Cooper. Prior to that, they were a Design Engineer III at ESCO Corporation from 2014-2022. From 2013-2014, they were a MECOP Intern at Cascade Microtech, where they conducted project work related to revision and characterization of production probes for use in electrical testing of un-diced RF chips, and designed and built various fixtures including alignment gauges and a motorized waveguide adjustment platform. From 2012-2013, they were a MECOP Intern at A-dec, where they designed, prototyped and tested a dental operatory monitor mount assembly, created documents standardizing design intent for valve manifold assemblies and pressure regulators, and redesigned and prototyped a revised manifold assembly. From 2011-2012, they were a Design Intern at TEKFAB Inc., where they assisted in design generation and revision of automated industrial metal processing machines. From 2010-2011, they were a Drafter/Designer at Vapor Phase Integration Services, where they designed and assisted in manufacturing the VISL Autoscanner 300 for heavy metal contaminant analysis in the semiconductor industry. Finally, from 2009-2010, they were a Customer Service Representative at Great Harvest Bread Co., where they served customers and performed production duties involving the processing of various baked goods, and was responsible for end-of-day business closure which included accounting duties such as counting and recording of daily business earnings.

Ben Kermoyan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Corvallis High School. Ben also holds a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from OSBEELS.
