Eli Cox

Eli Cox has a long history of working in the technical and engineering sectors. Eli began their career in 2013 as a Student Laboratory Assistant III at the University of Oregon's Map and Aerial Photography Research Lab, where they processed remotely sensed data across GIS platforms. In 2015, they moved to Quantum Spatial as a Remote Sensing Technician, where they managed and trained individuals involved with aerial triangulation and georectification. Eli also implemented various python, GUI, and CADD macros to processes the general production across multiple disciplines within QSI.

In 2017, Cox moved to Atlas One as a Technical Recruiter Specialist, where they were responsible for the technical recruitment lifecycle for the majority of tech positions Atlas One contracts. Eli then moved to Quantum Spatial in 2019 as a Remote Sensing Analyst and Hyperspectral Imagery Technician | Part-Time Senior Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for producing finalized data deliverables based on client requests generally for utility engineering projects.

In 2020, Cox joined Flight Evolved as a LiDAR Analyst, where they produced and managed remote sensing data mainly for forest fire prevention projects acquired through UAS. Eli is currently employed at Andrews Cooper as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter, where they specialize in both automation and manufacturing and product development.

Eli Cox has a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Oregon.
