Hilary Bennett

VP of Human Resources and Culture at Andrews Cooper

Hilary Bennett has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Culture field since 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Assistant Legal Administrator at Swanson, Thomas, Coon & Newton. In 2010, they joined the Board of Directors at Polaris Dance Theatre, where they were responsible for the company's direction, finances, and marketing. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Owner of Moore Consulting, where they recruited workers for employment positions, trained new employees on software, and implemented new software. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US. In 2017, they began working at Andrews Cooper as VP of Human Resources and Culture, where they led strategic initiatives relating to talent, culture, and organizational development, defined communication strategy and process improvements, and understood employee and organizational needs to help make a great work environment. Hilary then became the Director of Talent and Culture, where they managed HR processes including compensation & benefits management, performance management, labor relations, training and development, and compliance.

Hilary Bennett completed their Masters in Industrial and Organizational Communications from Northeastern University in 2011. Hilary received their B.S. in Human Resources and Management from Portland State University - School of Business in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Wilson High School.
