Damita Robinson

Damita Robinson has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Damita began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 1987, where they held a position in Branch Administration, Marketing & Community Reinvestment until 1993. In 1993, they joined Andrews Federal Credit Union, where they started as a Trainer and worked their way up to Assistant Vice President in the Human Resources department. From 1999 to 2017, Damita served as Vice President to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Damita then served as the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Damita holds the position of EVP, Chief Operating Officer at Andrews Federal Credit Union.

Damita Robinson has a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Irvine. Damita also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In addition to their degrees, Damita obtained a certification as a Certified Mediator from Mediation Matters in August 2015.
