Lisa Ackerman

Lisa Ackerman has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Lisa began their career in 1998 at Beacon Federal, where they held various positions over the span of five years. Lisa then served as an Assistant Branch Manager and Trainer before transitioning to a role as a Compliance Support Analyst. Later, they became a BSA Officer and eventually Assistant Vice President of Compliance. In 2012, they joined Andrews Federal Credit Union as the Director of Business Process ReEngineering. Lisa then progressed to the role of Senior Director of Risk Management and currently holds the position of Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management.

Lisa Ackerman attended Washington and Lee University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Certificate in Human Resource Management at LeMoyne College. In 2008, Lisa received a Certificate of Graduation from the ABA National Compliance School, focusing on Regulatory Banking Compliance. In 2016, they obtained a CUERME Designation from the CUNA Enterprise Risk Management Certification Institute.
