Patrick Hayes

Patrick Hayes has extensive experience in the legal field, specifically in commercial real estate and corporate/business transactions. Patrick is currently the President and Co-Managing Partner at Andrews Myers, P.C., where they specialize in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition. Additionally, their corporate/business practice focuses on the formation and restructuring of commercial entities, as well as the acquisition, financing, and disposition of business enterprises. Prior to their current role, Patrick worked as an Attorney/Shareholder at BoyarMiller for ten years.

Patrick Hayes began their education at The University of Texas at Austin in 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General in 1993. Following that, they attended Texas Tech University School of Law from 1993 to 1996, earning a J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree.
