David Powell

David Powell is currently the Managing Director at Andrews Property Group since April 2021. Previously, David held the position of Head of Land & New Homes at Alexander May Land & New Homes from May 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, David was the Director at The Property Group 2010 from November 2012 to April 2019. With a background in residential sales, property management, residential lettings, commercial, auctions, and new homes, David has extensive experience in the property industry. David also served as the Managing Director at Powell & Hughes Estate Agents from July 2009 to December 2012. David attended Clevedon Secondary School and Bridgwater & Taunton College for their education.
