Graeme Cunningham

Graeme Cunningham is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and management within the engineering and hire sectors. Currently serving as the UK Head of Specialist Hire Division at Andrews Sykes Group plc since October 2025, Graeme leads the strategy, operations, and commercial growth of the chiller and boiler hire business. Previously held the position of Mechanical Operations Director at James Ramsay, contributing to business strategy and development. Graeme's experience also includes roles at Aggreko as Service and Operations Manager and Sector Development Manager, where responsibilities involved managing engineering and developing customer relationships for temporary temperature control and power generation. Earlier career milestones include working as Regional Technical Sales Manager and Technical Contracts Engineer at All Seasons Hire, and owning NGC Services Limited, which specialized in the gas industry. Graeme holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from Glasgow College of Building and Printing and the Royal School of Electrical and Aeronautical Engineering, respectively.
