Bernard Plumier has a wealth of experience in the steel industry, holding various managerial and leadership positions at companies such as ArcelorMittal and Industeel. With a background in engineering and mathematics, Bernard has advanced through roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager, Planning & Scheduling Manager, and Rolling Mill Division Manager. Currently, Bernard serves as the Head of Human Resources at Industeel France and also holds the title of President for the ANDRH Bourgogne Sud Group.
