Théo Lemel

Théo Lemel currently serves as Chargé des ressources humaines at SEMIV since September 2020, responsible for managing collective relations, legal and social matters, disciplinary procedures, and harmonizing internal HR processes. Théo also oversees payroll, recruitment, training, and change management initiatives. Additionally, Théo is a member of ANDRH since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant RH at Hôpital privé d'Antony and Chargé de Recrutement at ADENTIS. Théo's educational background includes specialized master's degrees in human resources management and social law, as well as a bachelor's degree in human resources with a focus on social law.
