Frank Mette

Frank Mette serves as the General Manager and CEO for ANDRITZ Hydro Türkiye, overseeing a workforce of over 250 employees and focusing on large hydro installations and service for existing hydroelectric stations. Mette has extensive experience in the hydro power sector, having held various leadership positions, including Managing Director roles in Germany and China, and Senior Vice President roles overseeing tidal energy and service operations across Asia and the Pacific. Mette has also contributed as a Board Member of VDMA Power Systems and as Vice Chairman of Techcent Environment Co. Ltd. Education includes advanced leadership training from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a solid technical background from institutions such as the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and The University of Hong Kong.
