Todd Mellon

Todd Mellon currently serves on the Board of Directors for Andromeda Systems Incorporated and is the President and CEO of Find The Win, LLC. Previously, Todd Mellon held significant roles in the US Navy, including Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Installations & Environment and Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy, Installations & Environment, where notable achievements included developing a multibillion-dollar modernization strategy that reduced facility footprint by 10 million square feet. As Executive Director of the F-35 Joint Program Office, cost savings exceeded $53 billion through negotiated production contracts, and a $50 billion development program was completed on budget and schedule. Todd Mellon's earlier tenure at Naval Air Systems Command included leadership roles in logistics, sustainment, and process improvement initiatives. Todd Mellon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
