Katiuska Rojas

Katiuska Rojas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as Sales Director and Director of Operations at Andromeda Ventures since November 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles at Telefónica Venezuela from 2005 to May 2019, where Katiuska held the position of Head of Video and Content for Movistar TV Venezuela, overseeing product development, content management, and commercial negotiations. Katiuska also contributed to the prepaid customer segment as a Marketing Manager, driving recharge strategies for key products and services. Additional experience encompasses a CRM Strategy Manager role during an international assignment in Madrid, Spain, as well as client management positions at Telcel Bellsouth Venezuela and Unisys. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Telecommunications Business from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, a postgraduate degree in Search & Social Media Marketing from EAE Business School, and a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
