Coraline LAINE has extensive experience in project management and change management, currently serving as Cheffe de projet RH / Gestion du Changement at ANDROS since September 2015, where responsibilities include leading HR projects and facilitating organizational transformation. Previous roles at ANDROS include Directrice Performance Utilisateurs et conduite du changement, focusing on digital transformation and the management of information systems projects. Prior to this, Coraline LAINE worked at Crédit Agricole Centre France from December 2008 to June 2015 as Chef de projet organisation - Conduite du changement, managing organizational projects and change initiatives.
