Nicolas Ronteix has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nicolas started their career in 1993 as a Communications Manager at the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. From 1994 to 1998, they served as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Les Trois Petits Cochons.

In 1998, Nicolas joined Sopexa USA Inc., where they held various roles including Brand Manager from 1998 to 2002, International Brand and Business Development Manager from 2003 to 2005, and Director of Sales Promotion from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, Nicolas joined Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits as the Senior Brand Manager for Georges Duboeuf and Hob Nob. Nicolas then became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2018, leading retail sales and marketing for Andros' brands in North America. Nicolas tripled the retail volume of Bonne Maman jams. In 2023, Nicolas was promoted to the role of Vice President of Marketing, Innovations, and Business Development, responsible for driving strategic marketing and business expansion initiatives across Commercial B.U.'s.
