Mary Cicero

Mary Cicero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mary began their career in 2011 as a Youth Counselor at the Children's Home of York. Mary later worked as a Waitress at Strapasta Trattoria from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, Mary joined the Kennedy Krieger Institute as a Clinical Assistant for a year before returning to the Children's Home of York as a Youth Counselor for a brief period in 2011.

Mary'smost recent and longest tenure was at Andros, where they held several roles. Mary started as an Operations Specialist I in October 2013 and was promoted to Operations Specialist II in February 2015. From August 2017 to January 2022, Mary served as a Supervisor, overseeing 15-20 Operation Specialists. Here, they gained experience working with National Health Plans such as CareFirst, Anthem, Humana, and Magellan Complete Care. In January 2022, Mary transitioned to the role of Recruiter & Program Manager.

Throughout their career, Mary has demonstrated leadership skills by training new employees and providing project-specific trainings.

Mary Cicero obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Human Services and a minor in Applied Youth Development from York College of Pennsylvania.
