Barbara Bishop

Barbara Bishop has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the Payroll & Benefits Administrator at Androscoggin Bank since May 2016, Barbara is responsible for processing payroll and managing employee benefits. Previously, from October 1992 to March 2016, Barbara held various positions at Community Concepts, Inc., including Recruitment & Hiring Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities included leading recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with job description regulations, and overseeing the hiring process. Barbara holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Applications from Mid State College and a diploma from Oxford Hill High School.
