Caitlyn Callender

Caitlyn Callender currently serves as the Retail Branch Manager at Androscoggin Bank since July 2022. Prior to this role, Caitlyn accumulated extensive experience at Machias Savings Bank from January 2014 to June 2022, holding multiple positions including Cash Management Operations & Portfolio Manager, Cash Management Operations & Project Lead, and Assistant Branch Manager. Responsibilities included overseeing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing business relationships. Caitlyn was recognized as a 2016 Culture Champion and served as a New-Hire Advisor and Innovation Committee Member, in addition to contributing as a Community Impact Assistant. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Maine and completed the Bangor Region Leadership Institute program from 2015 to 2016. A high school diploma was earned from John Bapst Memorial High School in 2006.
