Karen Flynn

Karen Flynn is an experienced hospice and palliative care nurse currently serving as the Coordinator of Complementary Services-End of Life Doula at Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice since May 2020. Previously, Karen held the position of Director of Hospice at Androscoggin Homecare & Hospice from March 1988 until July 2023, culminating a distinguished 16-year tenure in leadership within a large nonprofit agency.
