Pamela Laflamme is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Assistant City Manager for the City of Berlin, NH since November 2022. With a strong background in community planning and development, Pamela held the position of City Planner and Community Development Director for the City of Berlin from July 2000 to October 2022. In addition, Pamela has been the Vice Chairperson of the Androscoggin Valley Hospital Foundation, Inc. since January 2006. Pamela's community involvement includes roles such as a member of the New England Community Development Advisory Council at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and various advisory board positions for organizations like NH Listens and New Hampshire Public Television. Pamela’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Community & Regional Planning from Plymouth State University and leadership training from Harvard Kennedy School and Leadership NH.
