Sophia Reza

Sophia Reza has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sophia began their career as a Reporter/Anchor/Producer at KLST-TV Ch.8 in 1997, where they covered general news assignments and occasionally filled in as the morning anchor. In 1998, they joined KVII-TV Ch.7 as a Morning Show Anchor/Reporter/Producer, anchoring the weekday morning newscast and handling research, news writing, and video editing.

In 1999, Sophia became the Main Anchor/Reporter at KTSM-TV Ch. 9, anchoring weekday evening newscasts for an estimated audience of 700,000. Alongside this, they managed daily story assignments and oversaw a team of reporters and photographers.

From 2005 to 2008, Sophia worked as a Reporter/Anchor at KOCO-TV Ch. 5, and then as a Reporter at KDFW-TV FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Sophia transitioned to become a Media Consultant for nonprofit, PR, and government agencies. Sophia held this role until 2013 when they joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies as an Account Supervisor. Here, they continued to excel and contributed until 2016.

Following this, Sophia became the Public Relations Manager at Androvett Legal Media & Marketing, where they worked from 2016 to 2022. Their responsibilities included managing public relations activities within the firm.

In 2022, Sophia joined Poston Communications as a Senior Account Supervisor, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Marketing Project Manager at Androvett Legal Media & Marketing, utilizing their skills and expertise in managing marketing projects.

Sophia Reza attended Klein High School, although the specific start and end year are unknown. Sophia then pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree at The University of Texas at Austin from 1994 to 1997, with a focus on Broadcast. In 2011, Sophia enrolled in the Public Relations Certificate Program at the University of Washington, obtaining their certificate the following year in 2012.
