Lynette Garcia

Lynette Garcia, MS, CHC has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lynette is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at ANDRUS starting from January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Life's WORC as the Sr. Director of Quality & Compliance from January 2019 to January 2022. Lynette also held the position of Director of Quality Management at AHRC Suffolk from March 2007 to January 2019.

Lynette Garcia holds a Master's degree in Quality, Patient Safety, and Risk Management from Stony Brook University. Lynette also has a LPN degree from Eastern Suffolk BOCES-School of Practical Nursing, specializing in Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants. Additionally, Lynette has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health/Human Service Management from SUNY Empire State College. Lynette has obtained several certifications, including Accelerated HR Management Certificate from SkillPath, Certified Healthcare Compliance from Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), Self Direction Broker from OPWDD, Leadership Institute Graduate from the National leadership consortium on developmental disabilities, Certified Trainer/Certified Interviewer from The Council on Quality and Leadership, and Certified Investigator - Conducting Serious Incident Investigations from Labor Relations Alternatives, Inc.
