Shannon M Ghramm-Smith, LCSW has a diverse range of work experience. Shannon M currently serves as the VP & Chief Clinical Officer at ANDRUS. Prior to this, they held various roles at The New York Foundling, including SVP Child Welfare & Behavioral Health Division, Senior Advisor at The Implementation Support Center, VP Behavioral Health Programs & Care Coordination, Assistant Vice President of Evidenced-Based Community Programs, Program Director, MST Supervisor, and MST Lead Therapist. Shannon M was also a member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives, from 2022 to 2023.
Shannon M Ghramm-Smith, LCSW, holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Advanced Clinical from Columbia University School of Social Work. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Law and Society - Youth Justice from Brunel University London. Shannon also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Boston University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York, which they obtained in 2015.
