Napoleon McCallum with his wife Yvonne and four girls Breanna, Cheyenne, Sierah and Jasmine reside in the Las Vegas, Nevada Area. The family moved to Nevada to start a graphics fabrication facility. The company operated for 10 years providing signage for conventions, casinos, transit advertising, and business point of purchase. For the last 9 years Napoleon has worked for The Las Vegas Sands Corp. as a Director of Community Development. He is heavily involved in the community, just recently becoming Past Chair of the Urban Chamber of Commerce. He spends his free time coaching his daughter’s club soccer team. Napoleon graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1985 with a BS degree with double major. He served in the US Navy as an officer from 1985 to 1990. He played with the Los Angeles Raiders from 1986, 1990 thru 1994. After a career ending injury in 1993, Napoleon with wife Yvonne started the company Digital Pro Graphics. He is a Board Member of the Urban Chamber of Commerce as well as a Superintendent's Opportunity Advisory Council Member.
