Aidan Nagorcka-Smith

Aidan Nagorcka-Smith is an accomplished Principal Software Engineer at Anduril Industries, specializing in autonomous robotics and sovereign defense capabilities since July 2022. Previously, Aidan served as the Enterprise Technical Lead at Palantir Technologies, managing the full lifecycle of technical solutions in defense, and held various engineering roles within the company from 2012 to 2022, including Forward Deployed Engineer. Aidan has also contributed to academia as a Computing and Information Systems Lecturer at the University of Melbourne and has gained early experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Google. Aidan holds a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Melbourne.
