Chang-Joon Park

Chang-Joon Park is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and system design. Currently serving as the Director of Electrical Engineering and Principal System EE Architect at Anduril Industries since March 2025, Chang-Joon Park focuses on managing System Electrical Engineers for AR/AI hardware. Prior to this role, Chang-Joon Park spent nearly six years at Microsoft, directing the System EE team for HoloLens AR hardware, and overseeing power/analog engineering, sensor engineering, and display integration. A brief tenure as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Apple involved leading the design of next-generation iPhone displays and Apple Watch sensing hardware. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at Intersil Corporation and Freescale Semiconductor, emphasizing power management circuit design for mobile applications. Chang-Joon Park holds a Ph.D. in Analog & Mixed Signal/Power Management IC Design from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yonsei University.
