Eric Horton

Eric Horton is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in operations and management within the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Horton & Associates LLC since August 2023, Eric has also held the position of Sr Manager of Food & Beverage Global Operations at Anduril Industries since April 2019. Prior to this, Eric worked at Palantir Technologies from April 2011 to April 2019 in various kitchen operations roles, including East Coast Kitchen Operations Manager. Eric's earlier experience includes a decade as a Production Manager at Clear Channel Outdoor Global, where seasonal work focused on live event production, and serving as Digital Print Manager at Custom Ink during winter seasons from 2005 to 2009. Eric Horton attended Northern Virginia Community College from 1997 to 1999.
