Tyler Aguilar is an experienced professional in recruitment and program management, currently serving as a Senior Emerging Talent Recruiter at Anduril Industries since May 2024. Previously, Tyler held roles at Zuora as a University Recruiter & Program Manager, where early talent programs were scaled, and at Wells Fargo as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Campus Recruiter, contributing to the hiring of over 1500 students and new graduates annually.
