Tyler Barr

Tyler Barr is currently the Quantum Communications Manager at Quantum Optics Jena GmbH, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tyler contributed to business operations at Enable Medicine for a brief period and was a participant in the BreakLine Education program, designed for veterans transitioning to technology careers. Tyler served in the United States Marine Corps as an Air Support Control Officer from April 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included designing digital simulations for military training and managing unmanned aerial systems in complex airspace. Additionally, Tyler was selected as a Marine Liaison Officer for the 461st Air Control Wing, overseeing the integration of E-8C JSTARS aircraft in Marine Corps operations. Earlier experience includes internships at Hamlin Capital Management and The Wharton School. Tyler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management.
