Rachel Bedford, MBA, PHR has extensive experience in human resources. Rachel currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at D'Arrigo California since July 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked at DOLE Fresh Vegetables where they served as a Human Resources Manager from July 2021 to July 2022 and as an HR supervisor from September 2018 to July 2021. Rachel also worked as a Human Resources Representative at Delicato Family Wines from July 2015 to September 2018. Rachel's early career included a role as a Summer Outreach Coordinator at the Multiple Sclerosis Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Project from February 2014 to May 2015.

Rachel Bedford, MBA, PHR, completed their education at California State University, Monterey Bay. From 2012 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Collaborative Health and Human Services. Following this, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, Rachel also holds a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification obtained in December 2017 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
