Currently serving as Senior Manager of Field Operations at Rancher’s Custard Company, dba Andy’s Frozen Custard since January 2023, Kandace previously held positions as Regional Manager of Operations and District Manager at Andy's Frozen Custard from April 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, Kandace accumulated valuable experience at Starbucks from September 2014 to March 2022 as Store Manager Trainer, and earlier at Barnes & Noble, Inc. as Community Business Development Manager from January 2009 to August 2014. Kandace holds a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
