Jarrett Cooper has over 17 years of experience in the legal industry. Jarrett began their career in 2004 as a Partner at Tripp Scott, P.A. In 2014, they joined Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC as General Counsel and Partner. In this role, they built and scaled an industry-leading legal operations function in the financial services industry across 18 states, supervised global risk management and financial services regulatory compliance, first-chaired and managed the firm's defensive litigation portfolio, negotiated and drafted complex commercial contracts, and managed the corporate governance function. In 2021, they joined Anedot as Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, they supervise enterprise-wide risk management and regulatory compliance in the payments industry, designs and implements compliance policies, negotiates and drafts complex commercial contracts, and manages vendors and third-party risk.

Jarrett Cooper obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Cum Laude in Political Science and Economics from The George Washington University from 1988 to 1992. Jarrett then attended the University of Essex from 1990 to 1991, studying Political Science and Economics. Following this, they attended the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 1992 to 1994, earning a Doctor of Law (JD). In 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, where they obtained an M.B.A. in Business Administration. In 2013, they obtained the AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review certification. In 2012, they were Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar.
