Warren Jin

Warren Jin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an SDE Intern at Amazon.com. Warren later worked as a Software Engineer at TripAdvisor from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Warren joined Chalk Talk Solutions as a Lead Software Architect, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and deploying an online learning platform. Warren utilized Django and AngularJS for the project and worked there until 2016. From 2015 to 2022, Warren pursued a PHD at UC Santa Barbara, specializing in Photonics. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Photonics Engineer at Anello, a role they took on in February 2022.

Warren Jin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Brown University in the years 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at UC Santa Barbara from 2015 to 2022.
