Tom Daugherty's work experience includes:

- From 1998 to 2000, they worked at Raytheon as a Member of the Group Technical Staff - Software.

- In 2000, they joined Enfora - A Novatel Wireless Company as a Principal Software Engineer and held this position until 2012.
