Jodie Lonkoski, CPC-A, is a coding and billing specialist currently employed at Anesthesia Group Of Albany, P.C. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jodie worked as a patient support specialist at Community Care Physicians from February 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating patient scheduling and managing check-in/check-out processes. Jodie's earlier experience includes serving as a lead technician at CVS Pharmacy for nearly eight years, where responsibilities encompassed data entry for new prescriptions and communication with provider offices, as well as serving as a supervisor and cashier in various capacities. Jodie also completed an internship in the Office of Sustainability at Southern Connecticut State University, assisting in the development of safety policies and improving waste management practices. Jodie holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College.
