M.D. Mph Mbi Fasa Jonathan Tan

Jonathan Tan, MD MPH MBI FASA serves as the Vice Chair of Analytics and Clinical Effectiveness and Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Concurrently, Jonathan holds the position of Assistant Professor of Spatial Sciences at USC Spatial Sciences Institute and is a faculty member in the Population, Health and Place Ph.D. Program. Additionally, Jonathan is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Keck Medicine of USC. Jonathan has been actively involved in the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation as a member of the Committee on Technology since 2017. Prior experiences include serving as a Senior Fellow at the Penn Center for Public Health Initiatives and Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, as well as holding an Assistant Professor role at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Jonathan completed a fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and has also engaged in various educational pursuits, earning degrees in Biomedical Informatics, Health Policy and Administration, and Medicine, among others.
