We have been serving Indiana and the surrounding counties as a nurse owned and operated agency since 2001. Our mission is to provide the patient with high-quality outpatient programs in their place of residence. We work hand-in-hand with the physicians to limit the need for hospitalization. We are able to offer the following services in your home: - Skilled Nursing - Mental Health Nursing - Wound-Care Nursing - Medical Social Services - Certified Nurse Aides - Physical Therapy - Occupational Therapy - Speech Therapy We always have an RN on-call 24/7, including holidays.
