Tia Johnson

Tia Johnson has extensive work experience in the medical field. Tia started their career at Banner Health as a Registered Nurse, where they worked in various specialties and assisted with outpatient cardiac testing. Tia then worked at Matrix Medical Network as a Family Nurse Practitioner for over five years. Following that, they joined US CAREWAYS-PHX as a Family Nurse Practitioner at a COVID testing site, providing onsite and in-home testing services. Tia also has experience as an IHA Family Nurse Practitioner at Emcara Health and as a Family Nurse Practitioner Director of Clinical Programs at Asserta Health. Currently, they are working at Anew Therapy as a Family Nurse Practitioner Lead. Tia also had a short-term role at Optum as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Tia Johnson has a Master's Degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing, which they obtained from Grand Canyon University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Arizona State University from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Tia has obtained various certifications, including Remote Work Foundations, Communicating with Confidence, Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up, and Transitioning from Manager to Leader from LinkedIn. Tia has also obtained a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
