Tony Moore is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and people management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Anew Climate since August 2025, Tony has held key roles such as Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager at Apache Corporation, along with a variety of managerial positions in notable companies including ExxonMobil, Glatfelter, and Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shawnee State University and has developed significant expertise in creating and implementing recruitment strategies, training programs, and HR processes aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and workforce diversity.
