Elaine Mrzlak Ms, Med, Rd

Elaine Mrzlak, MS, MEd, RD, serves as the Certification Manager at the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals since April 2019, overseeing the daily operations of an accredited certification program and ensuring compliance with policies. With extensive experience in training program design, development, and certification expertise across various corporate and nonprofit organizations since 1989, Elaine has held leadership roles including Manager of Dietetic Practice Groups at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Manager of Learning and Talent at Health Care Service Corporation, and Director of Education and Certification at CSCMP. Notable achievements include managing healthcare certification programs for the American Hospital Association, and developing international training programs at McDonald's Corporation Hamburger University. Elaine holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on Instructional Technology and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University and Mundelein College, respectively.
