Jennifer Sharma

Jennifer Sharma has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Jennifer began their career as a High-energy astrophysics group researcher at Rutgers University from 2009 to 2010. Jennifer then worked as a Spanish Translator and English Teacher at Sprint Traducionnes in 2011.

In the same year, Jennifer joined Harvey Mudd College, where they held multiple positions. Jennifer was a Grader & Lab Assistant in the Department of Physics from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they served as a New Student Orientation Sponsor in 2011 and 2013, taking care of a group of new students and coordinating Orientation events. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Orientation Director, where they managed a significant budget, invited speakers, and coordinated with various offices to plan Orientation.

Jennifer also had roles at the Harvey Mudd College Linde Activities Center from 2011 to 2014, where they started as an Employee and later became a Supervisor. Jennifer worked at the Harvey Mudd College Office of Admission from 2011 to 2014, initially as a Tour Guide and then as a Senior Intern.

From 2012 to 2014, Jennifer had an internship at the Harvey Mudd College Office of Institutional Diversity, where they gained valuable experience as a Student Intern.

Most recently, Jennifer worked at Angaza, starting in 2016. Jennifer'sfirst role at the company was Operations Manager, where they contributed to the development of Angaza's Pay-As-You-Go platform, enabling off-grid customers to access clean renewable energy through affordable micropayments. In September 2021, Jennifer was promoted to the position of Director of People Operations.

Jennifer Sharma attended Harvey Mudd College from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics.
