Ethan Davis

Armor Design Engineer at Angel Armor

Ethan Davis began their career as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy, where they served until 2012. After leaving the Navy, they worked briefly as a delivery driver for AutoZone. In 2015, they completed an internship as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Xcel Energy, where they focused on gas turbine generators. From 2016 to 2018, Davis worked as a Development Engineer in Product Design at Angel Armor, where they oversaw technical drawing updates and created technical testing procedures for new materials. Ethan also worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Global Resource Design Inc. (GRDi) from 2018-2021, where they directed technical projects and identified cost reduction initiatives. Davis also worked briefly as an Equipment Operator at Becker Excavating in 2018 and as a Test Engineer at Volvo Trucks from 2021 until 2022. Currently, they are a Product Design Development Engineer at Angel Armor.

Ethan Davis has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Colorado State University between 2012 and 2017. Before that, they obtained their high school diploma from Air Academy High School from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they earned a Vibration Analyst ISO18436-2 certification from Pioneer Engineering in December 2016 and an SRO certification from NRA Certified Instructor, although the exact date of obtaining the latter certification is unknown. Prior to attending Colorado State University, Ethan Davis also attended Olympic College in 2011 and 2012, but there is no record of him obtaining a degree or field of study from that institution.
