Paromita Ray

Paromita Ray has a strong background in training and development, with experience in various roles and industries. Paromita started their career as a Corporate Trainer at MakeMyTrip.com, where they trained new employees on soft skills and sales techniques. Paromita then worked as a Senior Corporate Trainer at FCm Travel Solutions India, where they trained fresh company hires and revamped training programs. Paromita then moved on to Thomas Cook India Limited as an Assistant Manager Training, where they managed a team of trainers and conducted various training programs for mid-level corporate employees. Paromita then joined OYO as the Training Head for Pan India and International Franchise and Customer Care Partner Business, where they managed a large team and implemented digital and classroom sales training programs. Currently, Paromita is working at Angel One as Deputy Vice President and Head of Sales Training, where they are responsible for team management and digitalizing the sales training process.

Paromita Ray completed their education in a chronological order. Paromita attended Delhi Public School - Vasantkunj from 2002 to 2004 and obtained a High School degree. From 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Delhi University. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they attended the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration.
