Paul Kortenoever

Paul Kortenoever has worked in various management roles throughout their career. Paul started as a Management Trainee at Koel- en Vrieshuizen Bergschenhoek BV / Diepenbrock Holding BV / Diralco SL / Sundex Europa SA in 1989. From 1991 to 1992, they served as a General Manager at Sunfrio S.A. Paul then moved on to La Vieja Fabrica S.A. in 1993, where they held the position of General Manager until 1994. Following that, they joined Angel Camacho S.A. in 1994 as a Marketing Manager, and was later promoted to Marketing Director at Angel Camacho Alimentacion S.L. in 1999.

Paul Kortenoever pursued their education at various institutions throughout their life. Paul completed their undergraduate studies at Het Rijnlands Lyceum in Oegstgeest, The Netherlands, where they obtained a VWO B degree in Pre-University secondary education in 1982. Afterward, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1982 to 1988, earning an MSc. degree in Business Administration.

In 2010, Paul participated as a committee member in the postgraduate executive master's program in advertising at the University "Antonio de Nebrija" in Madrid, Spain. Paul furthered their education in 2011 by taking an advanced course on "Research in food packaging design trends" at the University of Cordoba in Spain.

Paul also engaged in several professional development courses and programs to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2013, they pursued a course at Webcoach in Seville, Spain, focusing on "SEO, SEM, Google Analytics & Adwords." Later, in 2014 and 2015, they participated in a coaching program at Dopp Consultores in Seville. In 2016, they attended a course on "Neuroleadership and teamwork" at Stacia Consultores in Seville. Additionally, they completed a Coaching Program at EFIC - Escuela de Formación Integral en Coaching from 2017 to 2018.

Throughout recent years, Paul has been dedicated to expanding their expertise in project management and lean management. Paul completed a course on "Lean Management & Hoshin Kanri" in 2020 at GlobalLean in Madrid. The same year, they undertook a course on "Key Account Management" at Aecoc - GS1 Spain, also in Madrid. In 2021, they enrolled in a Project Management course, specifically focusing on PMP (Project Management Professional), at GlobalLean in Madrid.
